Shipping Policy

All items are made to order and shipped directly from our studio.

Processing Time (Before Shipping)
Processing time refers to the time needed to create, print, and prepare an order for shipment.
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to process before they are shipped.

Shipping Time (After Processing)
Once an order has shipped, customers may select Economy Shipping, which has an estimated delivery time of 4–8 business days.

Important: Processing time and shipping time are separate and do not overlap. Shipping time begins after an order has finished processing.

Delivery Estimates
Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, especially during peak periods such as holidays.

Carrier Delays
Delalma is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including weather conditions, holiday volume, or service disruptions. Orders that are delayed but still showing active tracking updates are not eligible for refunds.

Lost Packages
If an order is officially confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, a replacement may be offered at our discretion.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Delalma is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
