Refund policy
All items are made to order and/or customized. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds will only be considered in the following case:
- The item is lost in transit and officially confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier
We do not offer refunds for:
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier, including orders that are still in transit or showing active tracking updates
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Change of mind after an order has been placed
Replacements:
- If an item is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, a replacement may be offered at our discretion.
- If an incorrect item is received, a replacement will be issued provided photo evidence is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
